Data Consent Status

Consent information is included in the Patient.meta.security element:

• ABSTAIN - patient has NOT opted out
• OPTOUT - consent is withdrawn for data/SMS contact

for BP when patient had NOT opted out it is possible to opt in to appointment, reminders, results and awarenesss leaflets
